Store review

The store review is free.

A Craftive store review is a free 15-minute call about your online store, then written notes on what is costing you orders and what to fix first. If you want us to do the work, you also get a fixed price for it.

How the review works

Quick-fix sprint

A quick-fix sprint costs from $700.

The fixes from your review that pay off fastest, done in one to two weeks.

What moves the price

We rank the fixes by what they cost you, then send a fixed price for the ones you want.

Fixed price

Questions

Questions about price.

Why are these prices starting points?

Every project is priced individually, for your store, after the free review. A typical project is a redesign of the page types you already have, on a catalogue of a few hundred products. A bigger catalogue, connected systems, a move between platforms or custom features make it bigger.

Is the store review really free?

Yes. It is how we find out whether we can help, and you keep the notes either way.

When is the price agreed, and can it change?

Agreed before we start. It changes only if you add scope and approve the new price first.

How do we pay for a redesign or a build?

40% to start, 60% at handover. You pay the rest when the store is live and checked.

Do we have to sign up for monthly work?

No. Start with one piece of work and decide later. Conversion and SEO work: three months to start, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Store care and automation run month to month.
