Redesigns and builds

A store rebuilt properly once, instead of patched for the fourth time.

Redesigns, new stores and moves between platforms. We work on the platform your store needs. Stores and sites we have shipped run on Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow and Framer. Checked against a written list that is agreed in your scope, and handed over with everything you need to own it.

from $1,500 · 4 to 8 weeks · larger builds from $5,000

When this is right

Rebuilding is not always the answer.

There are four sensible ways to deal with a store that has fallen behind. Each one is right for somebody.

Four ways to deal with a store that has fallen behind
Option Right whenWrong whenWhat it takes
Keep patching The problems are few, and nothing else breaks when one is fixed. Every fix breaks something else, or nobody knows any more what each app does. A few hours a month, for as long as the store runs.
Redesign on your platform What we do The platform is sound, but the store sells worse than the product deserves. Traffic is low or the offer is not landing. A new design will not fix that. From $1,500 with us, over 4 to 8 weeks.
Move to another platform What we do Your platform holds you back, and keeping it running costs more every year. Your business depends on something only your current platform does. From $2,000. Moving the data and keeping your search rankings is the expensive part.
Hire in-house There is enough work to keep a developer busy every week. You need one rebuild done well, then light upkeep. A salary, plus the months it takes to hire.

And sometimes the honest answer is to leave it alone. If the store is not what holds revenue back, we will tell you that on the call.

Price

What moves a project from $1,500 to $5,000.

A typical project is a redesign of the page types you already have, on a catalogue of a few hundred products. These are what make it bigger.

Every project is priced individually. These are starting points.

Catalogue

Thousands of products, many variants, or personalised products.

Connected systems

ERP, 3PL, marketplaces or a custom app that has to stay in sync.

Moving platforms

Customers, orders and every old URL brought across.

Custom features

Booking, configurators, subscriptions or wholesale pricing.

Fixed price

Agreed before we start. It changes only if you add scope and approve the new price first.

40% to start, 60% at handover

You pay the rest when the store is live and checked.

How it runs

A typical project, stage by stage.

Each stage is approved before the next one starts, so nothing reaches your customers that you have not seen.

Tipsy Pickle

Shopify

Merch, court bookings and food orders in one place.

A pickleball and entertainment venue in Charlotte had several ways for guests to spend money and no single site for them. We built the Shopify store, a custom booking platform where court and simulator prices change by hour and day, and connected Toast for food orders. Staff run it from one admin, and a slot cannot be booked twice.

The store is yours. Staying with us is optional.

You own the store account, the code and the documentation, so you can run it yourself or hand it to anyone. If you want us to stay on, store care keeps the store maintained and conversion work keeps improving it.

Questions

About design and builds.

Will we lose search traffic?

What we control is checked. The old store's addresses that had visits or links in the last year are saved before the build, and after launch each one has to open, or redirect in one step, to its matching page, not to the home page. We check for broken pages every day for the first seven days. On a move between platforms, each of those addresses is mapped to its new page before the switch. Rankings themselves are the search engine's decision, and nobody can promise them.

What if something breaks after the 30 days?

We fix it as part of store care, or as a one-off at a price agreed before we start.
